We offer purchase and shipping of replacement footswitches to customers with United States shipping addresses, making prepayment with a Paypal account established in the United States.

We ship exclusively to the address attached to the Paypal transaction.

Shipping Methods:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Switches are then built on a first come first served basis, and usually shipped within 3-4 business days, once the build is completed. All footswitches ship USPS exclusively. We ship from Sacramento, CA to the US. There is no need to know the weight of an item at checkout. Simply select the lowest weight shown. A weight option less than the weight of the product/ products will not be visible at checkout.

Shipping Times:

Most items ship within 3-4 business days. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed. Once an item ships, an auto generated email will be sent with tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 4 business days, please contact us via email. Once we receive the email, we will check the order and send the tracking numbers to you as soon as we are able.

Shipping Delays:

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders. Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship the package.
