Cancellations must be authorized by Amp Footswitch prior to the time the build process begins. Please contact a Customer Service Representative right away if you need to cancel your order. If Amp Footswitch authorizes a cancellation of your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Returns:

No returns or refunds will be authorized.

Selecting the correct pedal for your amplifier is essential. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly research and confirm compatibility before placing your order.

Please note that, in accordance with our policy, we are unable to accommodate exchanges, returns, or refunds for items that are ordered incorrectly or are incompatible with your specific amplifier. This applies even if you include a note with your finalized order requesting us to verify compatibility on your behalf. Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as submitted, and no returns or refunds will be authorized.
