Cancellations must be authorized by Amp Footswitch prior to the time the build process begins. Please contact a Customer Service Representative right away if you need to cancel your order. If Amp Footswitch authorizes a cancellation of your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Returns:

No returns or refunds will be authorized.

Selecting the correct pedal for your amplifier is crucial, and we encourage you to research and validate compatibility carefully before placing an order. 

Please note that, as per our policy, we are unable to offer accommodations, exchanges, or refunds for any/all items that are ordered incorrectly and/or are not compatible with your specific amplifier.
